Ingredients:
One pound raw spaghetti
One tablespoon olive oil
Half a pound of diced bacon
One cup of cream
Two egg yolks
One cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper
Preparation:
1. The packet of spaghetti will inform you on how to cook pasta. Boil the spaghetti in a slightly salted water till al dente
2. Heat the olive oil in another frying pan, and saut the bacon for 5-6 minutes.
3. Whisk the cream, cheese, egg yolks and salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
4. Drain the pasta and put it into a saucepan. Add the whisked mixture till it combines well. Add the bacon, mix it with the sauce and heat slowly. Make sure the flame is not so high that your eggs scramble. Your pasta recipe is ready to eat!
Another one of the great pasta recipes to remember is Spaghetti Bolognese. You can make it using simple ingredients from your very own kitchen and enjoy it as much as you would from any Italian restaurant.
Ingredients:
Quarter pound of ground chicken
Half a jar of Pasta Sauce
Salt to taste
Half a teaspoon of sugar
One tablespoon of olive oil
One cup of water
Quarter pound of Angel hair pasta
One cup of baby spinach
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Now for the best pasta recipe:
1. Saut the chicken for five to six minutes, till the shade changes from pink to light, light brown.
2. Add the pasta sauce to the chicken, cooking and stirring for around three minutes. Then add the salt, sugar, olive oil, water, pasta, and greens.
3. Keep stirring till it starts to boil, then turn the flame low, cover the pot and simmer. You have to keep stirring the mixture often so the bottom doesn't get burnt. Carry on with this process for around twelve minutes until the pasta has been cooked.
4. Serve with yummy pasta recipe with grated parmesan cheese.
